ABOUT THE FIRM

Experienced Excellence

Jason A. LeBoeuf is an experienced litigator, having been a licensed Texas attorney since 2001.  Jason began his career as an Assistant Attorney General of Texas.  He then moved into private practice, where he spent many years working for the largest foreclosure firm in Texas.  He then spent time handling intricate property right, title and boundary disputes at a small firm.  After which, he joined one of the largest international law firms in Texas, Locke Lord LLP, focusing on mortgage lender and consumer finance litigation.  He eventually left the large firm and began representing the residential homeowner.

His practice now focuses on complex business related and financial services litigation and involves a wide range of matters including primarily foreclosure, consumer finance, debtor and creditor rights, commercial and residential landlord-tenant relationships, eviction, property, title, bankruptcy, contract, probate, construction defect, and personal injury. Jason has litigated hundreds of lawsuits all over Texas.  He has handled cases and appeals in both Texas state and federal courts.
